Description
English: Tau Island, American Samoa, February 19, 2005 -- Government Public Works supervisor, Ioasa To'o places a small Christmas tree he found washed up from Cyclone Olaf ocean storm surge on top of a huge boulder that fell down from above the road as a gesture of Manua spirit and resilience to the hardship that he and his fellow Tau islanders currently face.
