36 and 38 Armenian Street, Singapore, is made up of two clusters of Art Deco four-storey shophouses dating from between the 1930s to the 1950s at the junction of Armenian Street and Loke Yew Street. No. 36 has shops and eating establishments on the first and second levels, and SOHOs on the higher levels. No. 38 has larger spaces for offices and a private art gallery. Now owned by Hong How Investments Pte. Ltd., the buildings were restored by DCA Architects and won a Urban Redevelopment Authority Architectural Heritage Award (Category B) in 2010.
