This organ case is one of the oldest in France since the gallery and the lower part of the main body date back to 1429 ; in 1549, during the reconstruction of the organ, this case was raised and redecorated, then in 1620 a Positif Dorsal was added by Pierre Le Pescheur ; the whole was repainted and gilded in 1836. The instrumental part was therefore redone by Le Pescheur, then by Charles Dallery in 1769, restored by John Abbey in 1863, rebuilt by [ [w:en:Aristide Cavaillé-Coll
