English: Ardglass is a coastal village and townland of 329 acres in the Electoral Division of Ardglass, in the Barony of Lecale Lower, in Co. Down and still a relatively important fishing harbour. It is situated about 11kms to the south east of Downpatrick, in the Lecale peninsula on the Irish Sea.
