Arellano University (AU) – Jose Abad Santos Campus - Pasay City[1] Taft Avenue, 3058 Coordinates: 14°33'11"N 120°59'53"E --- Campuses of Arellano University[2] The Arellano University in Taft Avenue, Pasay[3] (Pamantasang Arellano sa Pasay in Filipino), officially as Arellano University – José Abad Santos Campus (abbreviated as AU-JASC), is a private, nonsectarian university located in Pasay, Philippines and was one of the constituent universities of Arellano University and was established in 1945 as José Abad Santos High School. [4] The campus is the home to the José Abad Santos High School, one of the well-known high school institution within the city and was the home to over 1,400 students. The campus was named after José Abad Santos y Basco, the fifth Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the Philippines who also served as the acting President of the Philippines during World War II. Arellano University[5] Arellano University (Pamantasang Arellano in Filipino and commonly abbreviated as A.U.) is a private, nonsectarian university located in Manila, Philippines, established in 1938 by Florentino Cayco, Sr. as the Arellano Law College which was later known as Arellano Colleges. The university was named after Cayetano Arellano.
