English: Fons Heijnsbroek (1951-) started circa 1987 as independent artist, making figurative painting. The landscape was very important for him. Circa 1989 he made the swift towards abstract painting, but still the Dutch landscape kept important as a strong inspiration. Till 2013 Heijnsbroek exhibited frequently his works in The Netherlands, mostly with colleague artists and organized meetings with allied artists making abstract art as well. He stopped painting circa 2016.
Nederlands: Fons Heijnsbroek (1951-) begon circa 1987 als professioneel kunstenaar en maakte in die jaren figuratieve schilderijen. het Hollandse landschap was belangrijk voor zijn kunst. Rond 1989 maakte hij een omslag naar het abstracte schilderen, maar het landschap bleef een belangrijke inspiratie. Tot 2013 heeft Heijnbroek regelmatig tentoongesteld. Hij startte in 2002 de kunstenaarsgroep Art-abstract voor onderlinge uitwisseling en exposeren. Circa 2016 stopte hij met schilderen.
