Bentley Technology Park, located on Hayman Road in Bentley, Western Australia, was established as the first science and innovation precinct in Australia in 1985, and was declared and gazetted in 1986. In 2007, land occupied by the Department of Agriculture and Food in neighbouring Kensington was added to the park's area. It is managed under the Industry and Technology Development Act 1998 (WA) [1].
