English: Bertha was a steel-hulled barque built in 1892 by Grangemouth Dockyard Co, Alloa (yard no. 163) for Joh. H. Soost, Hamburg. Dimensions: length × beam × depth = 248.2 × 38.3 × 22.3 ft (75.6 × 11.6 × 6.7 m). Tonnages: 1,653 GRT, 1,561 NRT and 2,600 DWT. 1917 sold to a Swedish owner and renamed Bohus. 1924 sold to Adler Reederei AG (Dönitz, Witt & Co.), Hamburg for use as a sail training school ship. 26 April 1924 Bohus was wrecked on Otters Wick, Orkney Islands.[1][2]
