- No. 11 is the last survivor of the 1939 built English Electric sun saloons (Nos. 10-21), originally fitted with half height windows and fold away tarpaulin roofs, but with proper roofs fitted soon after. Upgraded with VAMBAC equipment in 1948 and latterly used on the Marton route, the last of the batch ran until October 1962 when the Marton route closed. No. 11 subsequently ended up in the East Anglia Transport Museum collection.
