Being the royal arms of King George III of the United Kingdom (the inescutcheon of Hanover omitting both the inescutcheon of the Arch-Treasurer of the Holy Roman Empire and the surmounted royal crown of Hanover), differenced by a label of three points argent, the first and third points charged with an anchor azure the second point charged with a cross gules (Cross of St George)
