Category:Columbian Liberty Bell

English: The Columbian Liberty Bell was a 13,000-lb, 7-ft-tall bell created for display at the 1893 Columbian Exposition in Chicago, Illinois, United States. The bell was cast on June 22, 1893, in Troy, New York, by the Meneely Bell Company. Excess metal from the original casting was used to create smaller souvenir bells. The Columbian Liberty Bell is not a true replica of the original (Philadelphia) Liberty Bell, but it was intended to simulate it to some degree.
