English: Dalfsen is a small town 10 kilometres east of Zwolle. The cemetery is about 800 metres west of the town, on the north side of the road to Zwolle. At the time of the burial of the first British war casualty the municipal authorities set aside a plot in the cemetery for Allied dead. These proved to be all United Kingdom and Commonwealth airmen, and this plot is now the British plot. There are now more than 20, 1939-1945 war casualties commemorated in this site.
