The Excelsior Hotel was located in 120 Manchester Street in Christchurch, New Zealand. It was registered as a Category I heritage building with the NZHPT, with the register number 4390. It was significantly damaged in the 2011 Christchurch earthquake and its remaining façade demolished in 2016.
