English: First Congress of officers-educators of cadet corpses was held in St Petersburg in the building of 1st Cadet's Corps, from 22.12.1908 (4.01.1909) to 31.12.1908 (13.01.1909). During the congress, 16 reports were read, 3 lectures were given, and a literary and musical evening was organized. The main purpose of such congresses was to unite and refresh the educational work of these institutions, as well as to clarify numerous educational issues that are not stipulated by regulations and cannot be regulated.
Русский: Первый съезд офицеров-воспитателей кадетских корпусов прошёл в Санкт-Петербурге в здании 1-го Кадетского корпуса с 22.12.1908 (4.01.1909) по 31.12.1908 (13.01.1909). В ходе съезда было зачитано 16 докладов, прочитано 3 лекции, кроме того был устроен литературно-музыкальный вечер. Основной целью таких съездов являлось объединение и освежение воспитательной работы этих заведений, а также выяснение многочисленных вопросов по воспитательной части, которые не предусматриваются постановлениями и не поддаются регламентации.
