English: Robert FitzElys or Fitzellis is the last of several knights of that name to have held the manor of Waterperry, Oxfordshire. He died in or before 1346 and his family line died with him. His tomb in St Mary the Virgin parish church is Decorated Gothic, with his recumbent effigy in 14th-century armour beneath a cusped and crocketed canopy.
