Frederick Wallen was re-elected a London City Architect and Surveyor in 1864, by London's Court of Common Council. (Source: "Election of City Architect and Surveyor", London City Press, 5 March 1864, page 4, col.4)

Wallen designed St John the Evangelist Church, a church with a spire at Finsbury Park, and the foundation stone was laid in 1869. (Source: "Hornsey", North Londoner, 24 April 1869, page 7, cols 1,2). However, that church now appears to have been demolished or deconsecrated, and replaced with a modern building here.
