"Naef Gloggomobil: designed by Herbert Bahli in 1983 for Naef Toys, Switzerland. This is probably the most original and educational toy that has ever been created! Perfect for your little "Mozart Wunderkind". Gloggomobil is an amazing music machine which allows you and your child to create your own music. Using the principle of the barrel-organ, Naef's Gloggomobil promotes musical development. As studs on the barrel are struck, melodies are created and carried through a simple mechanism to the "Glockenspiel". The xylophone can also be played directly with the sticks. This is a rather large and sophisticated toy. It is a more expensive toy since it is entirely made by hand in Switzerland. It takes Swiss craftsmen several days to make one of these Gloggomobiles. Will provide adults and children with years of fun. / Material: wood, metal, plastic. Size: 13.78" x 13" x 6.50" / Play; using one's senses (site, touch, and sound) to interact with an object while experiencing the changes in light and shadow, proportion and rhythm, depth of field, etc. The objective for Naef toys is to produce play objects that unify quality design and superior Swiss craftsmanship. This has been their focus for more than 50 years and will remain the goal well into the future. Naef demands extreme precision and quality in the manufacturing of their Swiss Made objects. Each product is inspected by hand . Naef quality products begin by specifically selecting woods that will not shrink or warp and will remain durable over time. All of the painted products are made using non-toxic varnishes or clear coats. All woods are harvested from sustainable forests in Europe."

"Designed by Herbert Bahli in 1983 for Naef Toys, Switzerland, the Gloggomobil is probably the most stunning and educational music toy ever created. Your child can create his or her own music by moving the studs on the barrel. Using the principal of the barrel-organ, when the studs on the barrel are struck, melodies are created and carried through a mechanism much like the Glockenspiel. The Gloggomobil is made entirely by hand by Swiss craftsmen who spend several days making one of these."
