English: Hotel at the southeast corner of Second and Stewart in Seattle, designed by architect was E. W. Houghton for developer J.A. Moore, announced January 7, 1906 as the Moore-Whitcomb Building, opened for business March 1, 1907 as the Hotel Washington Annex, then (from 1922) Hotel Gowman and finally (from 1951 until it was demolished in 1969) Stewart Hotel.
