Description
Français : Sépulture de Maximilien Sébastien Foy (1775-1825), général du Premier Empire et un homme politique. Monument composé d'un édicule dorique abritant une statue en marbre. Le piédestal du monument est agrémenté de cinq bas-reliefs en pierre. Face antérieure : Génies de l'Éloquence et de la Guerre ; face postérieure : le Général Foy à la tribune ; côté gauche : le Général Foy en Espagne ; côté droite : les Funérailles du Général Foy. Le monument fut un point de ralliement des bonapartistes.
