English: Grenada was a steel-hulled four-masted barque built in 1894 by Russell & Co, Port Glasgow for P. Denniston & Co, Glasgow. Dimensions: 84,83×12,80×7,33 meters [278'4×42'0×24'1]. Tonnages: 2,268 GRT and 2,106 NRT. Rigged in Jubilee fashion, i.e. with nothing above double top and topgallant sails. 1916 sunk by a German U-boat 32 miles SW of Beachy Head on voyage from Le Havre to New York.[1][2]
