Hamur tahtası (Turkish for wooden board for dough) is known as Sofra in some Balkan countries. In Turkish culture, it may be used to make "hamur" (dough), "yufka" and similar products and also traditionally used as a dining table (especially in the countryside) called "sofra" with a table cloth on it.
