Two-storey building with basement local grade listed building. In its courtyard, originally a ground floor, is now a multi-storey high extension building. Former ipartestületi (ipartestület= ~Joint Association of Representatives of Craftsmen) headquarters, the four roof statues (mason, wheelwright, blacksmith, bootmaker) also refer to this. Built in 1928–1929. In addition to the offices and official premises of the industrial body, the building also included apartments. The main hall with the ground floor in the courtyard was transformed into a Kisszínház (Small Theatre) for chamber performances in 1977. - 3 Horváth Mihály Street, Belváros (Inner City) neighborough, Szeged, Csongrád-Csanád County, Hungary.

Egykori ipartestületi székház 1928–29.-ban épült. Ottovay István Alápincézett kétemeletes épület, az udvarába nyúló, eredetileg földszintes, jelenleg többszint magas toldalékkal. Az épület az ipartestületi irodák, hivatalos helyiségek mellett lakásokat is magába foglalt. Az udvari földszintes nagytermet 1977-ben Kisszínház kamara-előadások részére alakították át.
