Deutsch: Die „Villa Imperial“ wurde 1903 von Edmund Staub direkt an der Strandpromenade errichtet. Ab 1908 befand sich in dem Haus eine Spezialweinhandlung, es wurde als „Weinhaus Hofburg“ bezeichnet. Um 1925 trug das Haus auch den Namen „Villa Hofburg“. Nach dem Zweiten Weltkrieg nutzte die russische Besatzungsmacht das Haus als Kommandantur. 1998 erfolgte der Umbau und die Umbenennung in den ursprünglichen Namen „Villa Imperial“.
