- Three storey listed building Built to venue of industrial exhibitions and product presentations/'showroom'. Its name was 'Iparcsarnok' (=Industrial hall) Built in Modernist, functionalist style in 1936. - On its façade: 'Allegory of agriculture and industry' by Viktor Géza Bakonyi (Erected November 1936, glazed ceramic reliefs, 320x110 cm, products of the majolica factory in Hódmezővásárhely.) A winged female figure with a wreath, and a male figure – the 'industry' – with gears and hammers. In the 1990s it housed the gallery of the Ferenc Móra Museum in Szeged and is the venue of temporary exhibitions. In the 2000s abandoned vacant?
