English: Isaac Toucey (1792–1869) was an American politician who served in both houses of the United States Congress and as the 33rd Governor of Connecticut. He was also a member of two presidential cabinets, first under James Knox Polk as the U.S. Attorney General, then under James Buchanan as the Secretary of the Navy.
