Si le décor se fait discret en Syrie, limité à quelques zones, il est plus exubérant en Anatolie, où se développe au 13° siècle un riche décor de mosaïque de céramique. L'influence de l'Iran et de la Jezireh s'illustre à travers l'utilisation du stuc et la diffusion - limitée - de la céramqiue à décor haft-rang. les boiserie, réalisées par assemblage d'éléments finement sculptés, sont abondament utilisés.
English: Near East, 1150-1250 : architectural decoration. Copy from the cartel : Sytia and Anatolia are characterized by high-quality stone architecture. While ornamentation is more subtile in Syria, limited to a few areas, is more exuberant in Anaolia, where a rich use of ceramics mosaics developed in the 13th century. The influence of Iran and the Jezireh region is apparent in the use of stucco and the (limited) diffusion of "haft rang" ceramics. Wood panelling, made up of finely carved elements, enjoyed widesperad use.
