The Kashi Vishwanath temple of Maheshwar, also known as Kashi Vishweshwar temple of Maheshwar, is an 18th-century Shiva temple near the Ahilya Fort, on the banks of the Narmada river. It has the Maratha-Rajput style of architecture with a Nagara-style sikhara. The temple is reached by steps near the Narmada ghat. It has a mandapa, an antarala and a garbhagriya. 18 stone pillars painted in golden color, an elegant ceiling, a Shiva linga in the sanctum, with other deities along the wall. The temple is attributed to Ahilya Bai Holkar.

This temple should not be confused with other similarly named major temples all over India.
