Although now functioning as a single building, it consists of the older Nicholles & Renouf Hardware Building at the corner of Yates and Broad Streets plus the adjacent Romanesque revival Allsop & Mason Block (a.k.a. New York House) on the south side of Yates Street between Broad and Douglas Streets.
