മലയാളം: കിണ്ണത്തിൽ ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്ന ഒരു തരം മധുരപലഹാരമാണ് കിണ്ണത്തപ്പം. കിണ്ണത്തിൽ നിർമ്മിക്കുന്നതുകൊണ്ടും ആകൃതി കൊണ്ടുമാണ് ഈ പലഹാരത്തിന് കിണ്ണത്തപ്പം എന്ന പേര് വന്നത്. കേരളത്തിലെ വിവിധ സ്ഥലങ്ങളിൽ വിവിധ രീതിയിലാണ് കിണ്ണത്തപ്പം ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നത്. വടക്കൻ കേരളത്തിലും മധ്യകേരളത്തിലും ഇതിന്റെ നിർമ്മാണരീതിയിൽ പ്രകടമായ വ്യത്യാസമുണ്ട്. കണ്ണൂരിലെ മിക്ക ഗൃഹപ്രവേശത്തിനും കല്ല്യാണ സത്കാരങ്ങൾക്കും ചായയോടൊപ്പം ഈ പലഹാരത്തെ കാണാൻ സാധിക്കും. അരിപ്പൊടി, തേങ്ങാപ്പാൽ, പഞ്ചസാര തുടങ്ങിയവകൊണ്ടാണ് ഈ പലഹാരം നിർമ്മിക്കുന്നത്.
