English: MK356 is a World War 2, Supermarine Spitfire LF Mk IXe that is currently (2013) operated by the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight. Between April and June 1944 it flew 60 combat missions with 443 Squadron RCAF. Post-war, it was an instructional airframe, then a gate guardian. Between 1992 and 1997, it was restored to airworthy status. Reference. As at 2013 it displays the squadron markings UF-Q of No. 601 Squadron RAF.
