Deutsch: Die Goldleistenfabrik von Ferdinand Maßmann befand sich in der Küterstraße 19 und stellte vergoldete Leisten für Bilderrahmen her. Zu ihr gehörte als Sägemühle eine sechsflügelige Windmühle, damals ein Wahrzeichen der Altstadt. Die Fabrik gehörte 1909 dem Kommerzienrat Holle, später dessen Witwe. Am Pfingstsonnabend, dem 2. Juni 1927 wurden die Mühle und die Fabrik durch ein Feuer zerstört.
English: Ferdinand Maßmann's gold strip factory was located at Küterstrasse 19 and produced gold-plated strips for picture frames. It had a six-bladed windmill as a sawmill, which was a landmark of the Kiel's old town t the time. In 1909 the factory belonged to the Commerce Councilor Holle, later his widow. On Whit Saturday, June 2, 1927, the mill and factory were destroyed by fire.
