Mendota Mental Health Institute (MMHI) is a public psychiatric hospital in Madison, Wisconsin operated by the Wisconsin Department of Health Services. It was originally a Kirkbride plan facility, but that building was demolished starting in the 1960s.

Founded in 1860, as the Wisconsin Hospital for the Insane, renamed Mendota State Hospital, 1935 and in 1974 it became Mendota Mental Health Institute.
