English: Mersey was a full-rigged steel ship built in 1894 by Charles Connell & Co., Glasgow for James Nourse, London. Dimensions: 270'7"×39'0"×22'5" and tonnage: 1829 tons. Rigged with a main skylsail and royal sails over single topgallant and double topsails. 1923 scrapped.
The ship was a training ships of the British „White Star Line“ (1908 - 1914) and with the name Christian Radich a Norwegian training ship (or more a training ship project) of the „Kristiania Skoleskipsinstitution“ (1916 - 1917).[1]
