Afrikaans: Onopsigtelike fort wat in 1899 gebou en in 1999 tot monument verklaar is. Ook bekend as Fort Sidney, in die Cogmanskloof naby Montagu, Wes-Kaap. Gebou deur steenmaker William Robertson by ligging wat deur luitenant-kolonel Sidney, destyds kommandant van die Royal Field Artillery, bepaal is. Dit staan bokant 'n padtonnel wat deur Thomas Bain berei is.
English: Unobtrusive fort dating from 1899, and declared a monument in 1999. Also known as Fort Sidney, situated in the Cogmanskloof near Montagu, Western Cape. Built by stonemason William Robertson at a site selected by Lieutenant Colonel Sidney, then commandant of the Royal Field Artillery. Stands over a road tunnel prepared by Thomas Bain.
