English: Order-6 triangular tiling (triangular tiling, triangular mosaic) is a regular tiling of the Euclidean plane by equilateral triangles. It is called order-6 because there are six equilateral triangles around each vertex of the tiling. For comparison, order-5 triangular tiling is the spherical icosahedron, while order-7 triangular tiling (and higher) exists on hyperbolic plane.

Русский: Правильный треугольный паркет (треугольный паркет порядка 6, паркет {3,6}) — паркет на евклидовой плоскости, в каждой вершине которого сходятся шесть равносторонних треугольников. Треугольный паркет порядка 5 (паркет {3,5}) — сферический икосаэдр; паркеты {3,7}, {3,8} и т.п. существуют на гиперболической плоскости.
