English: The City Hall of Ottawa consists of two inter-connected buildings:
- The Heritage Building: Completed in 1875 as the Ottawa Normal School (teachers' college), the building faces Elgin Street and contains the offices of the Mayor and members of Council.
- The Main Building: Completed in in 1990 as the headquarters of the former Regional Municipality of Ottawa-Carleton, it is located between the Cartier Square Drill Hall and the Ottawa Court House, facing Laurier Avenue across a public plaza.
