Patpat is a rural area land vehicle in Turkey. It is constructed by specialized artisans -or is sometimes home-made- using a water pump as engine. These vehicles are used to travel between home and fields or in cases also to carry a certain amount of other load. Normally they are not allowed to be used on traffic roads.
