English: A952 SAE was delivered new to Bristol Omnibus as their No. 9552, passing in turn to First Bristol, being renumbered No. 34552. In its last 2 years of service life, it was painted in blue and white Bristol Tramways and Carriage Company livery, commemorating the centenary of tram & bus operation in the city. It was also numbered as the next tram in sequence, 238, and named after the company's founder, Sir George White. Upon withdrawal in September 2007, still wearing this livery, it passed to the Bristol Omnibus Vehicle Collection preservation group, who refitted it as their mobile exhibition bus, control room and driver's rest room.
