English: S.S.S. Propeller or Y.T.V. Propeller, Sea Scouts training vessel based in Seattle, Washington. Originally an Army T-boat, built 1952, first used as a Army cargo ship; it then became the R/V Onar, a University of Washington fisheries research vessel; surplussed 1985, given to the Sea Scouts, renamed the Propeller. Now (2013) owned by the Spirit of Propeller Foundation and operated by the Sea Scouts. Steel hull, 65' overall length, 17' beam, 8' draft, Cat Diesel engine. Source: S.S.S. Propeller.
