Category:RML2692 (Routemaster bus)

English: Routemaster bus RML2692 was delivered to London Transport in September 1967, and worked continuously in London. It was one of a batch of buses to receive a life-extending refurbishment and new Iveco engine in the early 1990s. As part of the privatisation of London bus services it passed to South London (later becoming Arriva London South) in 1994. It was finally withdrawn in January 2005 and cannibalised for spares. Despite this, it was still sold in February 2005, and after changing hands a couple of times, was believed to have been bought for preservation as of November 2008.
