English: The Rose Chapel in Christchurch, formerly the St Mary's Convent Chapel, is the last surviving building of a group of heritage buildings. The other buildings of the St Mary's Convent complex for the Sisters of Mercy Order in 866 Colombo Street were demolished in 1994. The chapel was significantly damaged in the 2011 Christchurch earthquake. It has a category II heritage listing with the New Zealand Historic Places Trust, with register number 7239.
