Sheepshead Bay Race Track was an American Thoroughbred horse racing facility built on the site of the Coney Island Jockey Club at Sheepshead Bay, New York. In 1911 gambling on horse races was banned in New York state and the racecourse declined. In 1915 it became the Sheepshead Bay Speedway for motor racing.
