Après le décès de son créateur l'entreprise est cédée à messieurs Norman Zuker et Joseph Karpowicz et obtient, en 1945, une nouvelle incorporation sous le nom de Hayward Studios. Ses bureaux sont alors situés rue Dorchester à Montréal. En 1954, la compagnie devient la proprité de Norman Zuker. L'entreprise met fin à ses opérations en 1984. English: ;S.J. Hayward Company / Hayward Studios The S. J. Hayward Company was incorporated in 1919. Owned by Sidney Jack Hayward, the company was headquartered on rue Saint-Jacques in Montreal, where it had both a portrait studio and darkroom. After the death of its founder, the company was sold to Norman Zuker and Joseph Karpowicz and in 1945 it was re-incorporated as Hayward Studios. The offices were relocated to Dorchester Street. In 1954, the company came under the sole ownership of Norman Zuker. The company ended operation in 1984. It was one of the largest studios to specialize in industrial and commercial photography in Montreal. pistard.banq.qc.ca
