English: The Sikorsky H-19 was designated Sikorsky HO4S (anti-submarine variant) and HRS (transport variant) in service with the United States Navy. With the introduction of tri-service designation system in 1962, the HO4S-3 still in service were designated UH-19F, the HRS-3 became CH-19E.
