You may increase circuit breaker, but it will be too dangerOUS and may CREATE fire. Second, more safe way, is decrease start current by soft start.

• Safety: better to use manufactured device. Making it yourself, you should calculate heat emission correctly, but it require some education in this field to choose correct power dispassion of elements.
