St. John's Park, also called "Hudson Square" and currently occupied by a "rotary" of exits from the Holland Tunnel, is a block of land in the Tribeca neighborhood of lower Manhattan, New York City bounded by Laight, Varick, Hudson and Beach Streets. In the early to middle 19th century it was a fashionable neighborhood of townhouses arranged around a private park, before being sold to enable a railroad terminal to be built.
