English: The bronze, life size statue of Charlie Chaplin near the seafront in Waterville. County Kerry, Ireland. It is claimed to be the only official statue shown to express his famous smile. Sculpted by Alan Ryan Hall, Valentia Island, Co. Kerry.

In memory of the holiday visits made by Chaplin and his family who stayed at the Butler Arms Hotel in Waterville. Co-commissioned by the Chaplin estate and the local community organisation, Integrated Resource Development Waterville. Unveiled in July 1998.

The site is beside the Ring of Kerry and overlooks Ballinskelligs Bay with the hills above Ballinskelligs visible in the distance.
