The Stoos Network was born in Stoos, Switzerland, in January 2012, sparked by the frustration of organisational leaders and change agents at the glacial pace of change in management methods. Despite decades of excellent research, experimentation and writing on the subject, too many organisations still handle complex, creative human systems with century-old management methods intended for machines and production lines.
