Two storey corner building. Former Balogh House. Eclectic, 1882. Andor Halmai? architect. One-story building built on a triangular plot with cut-off corners. Extended with a storey in 1960s. Avant-corps. The openings on the ground floor are semicircular. The upstairs row of windows is straight-closed, the tympanum of the eyebrows is broken-arched. The tympanum with heraldic ornament in the corner is supported by columns connecting two levels, between them a curved balcony. In the row of corner tympanum placed the second floor. A column on either side of the carved gate supports a balcony with stone puppets. At the corner and at the end of the square is a dome in the shape of a truncated cone. Story: It was built in 1882 for János Balogh, notary and his wife, Szidonia Hornady. Contractor: József Heszlényi Jr. 1880.as years tenants included: Mór Bein's coffee Széchényi café, Kálmán Pfann spice and widow Józsefné Pfann glass shop, pharmacy to the Holy Trinity, Mór Diamant's beer hall 'Gambrinus', Vilmos Brem 'Golden Elephant' spice shop. - From 1907 there was photography in the house. By 1920, the mobile theatre had been built on the plot of land in Horváth Mihály Street. Egykor Balogh-ház. Eklektikus, 1882. Halmai Andor? építész. Háromszög alakú telekre épült, levágott sarkú egyemeletes épület. Homlokzata a Horváth Mihály utca felé 6+1(iker)+1(sarok) a tér felé 1(iker)+3+1(iker)+K+1(iker)+3+1(iker) tengely, szélső, sarok- és középrizalittal. A földszinten félkörívesek a nyílások. Az emeleti ablaksor egyenes záródású, a szemöldökök timpanonja tört ívű. A sarok címerdíszű timpanonját két szintet egybefogó oszlopok tartják, közöttük ívelt erkély. A sarok timpanon sorába helyezték el a második emeletet. A faragott kapu két oldalán álló oszlop kőbábos erkélyt tart. A sarkon és a tér felőli végében csonkakúp alakú kupola. Történet: Balogh János kir. közjegyző és neje, Szarvady Szidónia részére 1882 ben épült. Kivitelező ifj. Heszlényi József. 1880.as években bérlők között: Bein Mór kávés Széchényi kávéháza, Pfann Kálmán fűszer- és özv. Pfann Józsefné üvegkereskedés, a Szentháromsághoz gyógyszertár, Diamant Mór 'Gambrinus' sörcsarnoka, Brem Vilmos 'Arany elefánt' fűszerkereskedés. - 1907-től fényképészet működött a házban. A Horváth Mihály utcai telekrészen 1920-ra fölépült a mozgószínház.
