English: Terry-Denny Building 109-115 1st Ave. S. between Yesler and Washington in the Pioneer Square neighborhood, Seattle, Washington. Designed by Charles Saunders & Edwin Houghton for Ed Terry and Arthur Denny, construction begun several months after the Great fire but wasn't completed until mid 1890.
